For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, The term "we", "us", "our" used anywhere on this page shall mean KRD TECHNOLOGY, whose registered/operational office is 201 Eastwoods, NIBM Road Pune MAHARASHTRA 411048 . "you", “your”, "user", “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

Your use of the website and/or purchase from us are governed by following Terms and Conditions:

  • We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

These Payment Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all online payments made to KRD Technology for services including website design, software development, and digital marketing. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

  • UPI and Net Banking (Indi)

  • Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Swift)

All payment gateways used are secure and PCI-DSS compliant.

2. Currency

  • For clients in India: Payments are accepted in INR (₹).

  • For clients in the UK and elsewhere: Payments are accepted in GBP (£) or USD ($) based on the invoice.

Exchange rates for international payments are determined by your bank or payment provider.

3. Invoicing & Billing

  • All services are billed as per the quotation or service agreement.

  • Invoices will be issued electronically with applicable taxes.

  • Payment must be made within the due date mentioned on the invoice (usually 7 or 15 days).

  • For delayed payments, a late fee of 2% per month may be charged.

4. Taxes

  • Indian clients: GST will be added as per applicable law (currently 18%).

  • UK/International clients: VAT or local taxes, if applicable, will be added or are the client’s responsibility.

5. Advance Payment & Milestone Billing

  • Some projects may require an advance payment (e.g. 30%–50%) before commencement.

  • For larger projects, payments will be scheduled in milestones, as agreed in the project scope.

  • Work will only commence after the agreed payment is received for each stage.

6. Refund Policy

KRD Technology follows a no refund policy once services have been delivered or work has begun.

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment by the client

  • Payment made for a service not initiated or assigned

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of payment AND before project kick-off (only for specific services like digital marketing)

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Payment Disputes

  • If you believe a charge is incorrect, notify us within 7 days of receiving the invoice/payment confirmation.

  • We will investigate and resolve disputes in good faith.

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in service suspension or legal action.

8. Payment Gateway Charges

  • KRD Technology does not charge any additional fee for online payments.

  • However, banks or payment gateways may charge transaction fees, which are the client’s responsibility.

9. Service Suspension for Non-Payment

Failure to make timely payments may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of services (hosting, campaigns, software updates, etc.)

  • Termination of the contract/project without delivery of files or code

  • Legal action for recovery in accordance with the jurisdiction clause

10. Data Privacy and Security

All payment information is processed securely via third-party payment gateways. We do not store any card or sensitive payment data on our servers.

11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

  • For Indian clients: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in Pune, Maharashtra.

  • For UK clients: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be resolved in the appropriate UK courts.
