Refund Policy
KRD Technology is committed to delivering high-quality services in website designing, software development, and digital marketing. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which services may be cancelled and refunds may be issued.
1. General Policy
By engaging our services and making payments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy. Our services involve time, effort, and resource allocation, and hence are generally non-refundable once work has started.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Project Commencement:

If you wish to cancel a service within 48 hours of making the payment and before the project has begun, you may request a full refund.

No cancellation will be accepted if project kickoff tasks (e.g., onboarding, design brief, domain setup) have been initiated.
After Project Commencement:

Cancellations after project initiation are not permitted.

Any advance or milestone payments already made will be forfeited to compensate for time and effort invested.
Ongoing Monthly Services (e.g. SEO, PPC, Maintenance):

These services require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.

Services already rendered within the notice period are non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
Eligible Refund Scenarios:

Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate amount.

Payment Made in Error: If a payment was made mistakenly for a service you did not request or authorize.

Failure to Initiate Service: If no activity has started on your project within 10 working days of payment, and you decide to cancel, a full refund may be considered.
Non-Refundable Cases:

Services where work has already started or is completed.

Custom software or development work delivered in part or full.

Third-party services purchased on your behalf (e.g. domain names, hosting, advertising budgets).

Monthly retainers or subscription-based services (unless cancelled within the initial trial window, if applicable).

Delays caused by client in providing content, approvals, or information.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us in case of any billing or payment concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to:
